Cookies Policy

Last updated: October 2026

These terms are a draft. We're still finalizing legal review — please reach out with any questions in the meantime.

Linkhiver uses essential cookies for authentication and security. Optional Google Analytics cookies stay off until you turn them on. Across the signed-in product, including the setup flow you complete when you join — and on our pricing page, which anyone can open without an account — we also use Microsoft Clarity: session recordings and heatmaps that show us where the product gets in your way. Clarity sends Microsoft the screen as it is drawn for you, your clicks and scrolls, and a coarse location and device type derived from your connection; if you are signed in, your email address goes with it as the session's name. Those cookies are on by default and there are three ways to switch them off: reject cookies on the banner; open Cookie preferences in the footer of our pricing page; or, if you have an account, turn session recording off under Settings → Security → Cookie preferences. Clarity never runs on public profiles. Linkhiver sets no advertising cookies of its own, but a creator can connect their own advertising pixel (Meta, TikTok or Google Analytics) to their public page: it loads by default and sets that provider's cookies, and you can switch it off under Cookie preferences in the footer of any creator page. A full breakdown of every cookie we set, why, and how to opt out will be published here once legal review is complete.
